Card Printing at MB PRINT – Great Quality at a Reasonable Price

With our configurator, you can price and order cards yourself in any size and any quantity.

You’ll also learn how the price of a single deck of cards will change as the ordered quantity increases.

  1. Choose the right paper for card printing

Card quality starts with the base. We’ve prepared 4 types of paper from various manufacturers we’ve tested, chosen after years of experience from hundreds of options available on the market. Each of these papers has a slightly different purpose:

  • Matte coated paper 350 g. (premium) – this is a stiff paper, forming noticeably thicker cards with enhanced durability. It’s the best choice for heavily used, frequently shuffled decks where mechanical strength is crucial.
  • Matte coated paper 300 g. (standard LCG) – this paper offers a good quality-to-price ratio with standard stiffness and thickness, familiar from most card games and LCGs. It’s the most frequently chosen paper by designers.
  • Textured cardstock 275 g. (linen) – this paper has a canvas-like texture (“linen finish“). It gives cards a distinctive look, and the texture is palpable. We recommend this paper for projects where card aesthetics are a priority, but note that this paper should not be foiled.
  • Matte coated paper 130 g. (economy) – a very thin paper primarily intended for single-sided proxy prints (for use in sleeves with other cards).
  1. Finishing (Foiling)

Laminating with foil makes cards thicker, pleasant to touch, and more striking.

does not make cards more durable

So, when should you foil? We recommend this option for printing collectible cards and those that lie on the table during gameplay and are not shuffled (e.g., character, location, or objective cards).

Available foil types:

  • Holographic foil – a striking rainbow sheen that perfectly complements dark, saturated colors.
  • Matte foil – a velvety, elegant finish. It works well with bright and subdued graphics, eliminating light glare.
  • Glossy foil – enhances colors and allows writing on cards with dry-erase markers (a good solution for educational games and prototypes).
  1. Corner Finishing

Our cards typically feature rounded corners (5 mm radius), which is an industry standard for comfortable use. Upon request, we also produce cards with straight corners.

  1. File Verification and Order Fulfillment

Before ordering cards, you must carefully review our file preparation guidelines.

Your submitted file is verified by our team, usually within one to two business days. If the file is correctly prepared, you’ll receive a separate email from us with information about order acceptance and a payment link (Przelewy24). If the file requires corrections, you’ll receive clear instructions on what needs to be adjusted. After payment, card printing takes place within 2-12 business days.
