Our configurator lets you price and order cardboard elements in any shape and any quantity.
You’ll also learn how the price per sheet changes as your order quantity increases.
We make tokens and player boards from solid bookbinding board, which is printed on both sides and then foil-laminated.
Choose from two cardboard thicknesses: 1.5 mm or 2 mm.
Foil lamination protects tokens and player boards from abrasion, moisture, and dirt. We offer 3 types of lamination:
When printing tokens and player boards, we match the cutting method to your project. We use:
Token and player board prices are based on the cutting sheets used. You can place any number of elements on a sheet, and the sheet’s price remains the same. We recommend arranging elements as densely and efficiently as possible – the more elements you fit, the lower the price per element.
Also, the more token and player board sheets you order, the lower the unit price per sheet. This service is perfect for both prototypes and small production runs.
This way, you can order printing for resource tokens, currency, victory points, player boards (even those with dice slots), terrain tiles (hexes), or “rare/legendary” markers (with holographic foil).
Before ordering a sheet of tokens and player boards, you must carefully check our file preparation guidelines.
Your submitted file is verified by our team, usually within one to two business days. If correct, you’ll get a separate email with order acceptance and a payment link (Przelewy24). If corrections are needed, you’ll receive clear guidelines. After payment, we print your tokens and player boards within 2-12 business days.

Card Lamination
Our recommendation: Choose double-sided lamination.
Paper and foil are materials that react differently to ambient temperature and humidity. Laminating a card on only one side disrupts the material’s stress balance.
As a result, this almost always leads to the card being permanently bent into the so-called “boat effect”. Such cards do not lie flat on the table, shuffle poorly and stick out in the deck. For the card to maintain a perfectly flat shape, the forces acting on it must be balanced – therefore the foil should be applied symmetrically, on both sides.
If quality is important to you, choose double-sided lamination or forgo it entirely.
Foliowanie kart

Papier i folia to materiały, które inaczej reagują na temperaturę i wilgotność otoczenia. Pokrycie karty folią tylko z jednej strony zaburza równowagę naprężeń materiału.
W rezultacie niemal zawsze prowadzi to do trwałego wygięcia karty w tzw. „efekt łódki”. Takie karty nie leżą płasko na stole, źle się tasują i odstają w talii. Aby karta zachowała idealnie płaski kształt, siły działające na nią muszą być zrównoważone – dlatego folię należy nakładać symetrycznie, z obu stron.
Jeśli zależy Ci na jakości, wybierz foliowanie dwustronne lub zrezygnuj z niego całkowicie.
Card Finishing
Finishing (foiling) is a process that involves applying a thin layer of film to the card’s surface. This makes them thicker, stiffer, and much more pleasant to the touch. It’s that “final touch” that determines the first impression when you open the box.
Below is an example of different types of finishing:
While foiling is often associated with “protection,” for playing cards, its role is primarily aesthetic.
Our recommendation: If you are looking for protection for cards that are heavily used (shuffled every round), card sleeves will always be the best solution. Choose foiling when you care about the visual effect and tactile sensation.
Finishing is an ideal choice for:
Trading Cards: When appearance is everything.
“Static” cards: Cards that stay on the table and aren’t constantly shuffled – e.g., large character, location, scenario, or objective cards.
Prototypes and educational games: (applies to glossy foil – see below).
A synonym for elegance. It gives cards a velvety finish.

Paper Type
This is a stiff paper that creates noticeably thicker cards with enhanced rigidity. It’s the best choice for heavily used, frequently shuffled decks where mechanical durability is key.
This paper offers good value for money with a standard thickness, common in most card games and LCGs. It’s the most frequently chosen paper by players, providing good quality cards at a fair price.
This paper has a linen-like texture (linen finish). It gives cards a distinctive look, and the texture is palpable to the touch. We recommend this paper for projects where card aesthetics are a priority.
Very thin paper designed for single-sided proxy prints (for use in sleeves with other cards).
Typ papieru

You will enter the specific width and height (in millimeters) in the next step of your order.
Don’t worry about the orientation. If your design is prepared in landscape (e.g., 88×63 mm), choose the corresponding format from the list (63×88 mm). Our system will correctly interpret the file.
Rule: You choose the physical sheet size, regardless of how the graphic is rotated.

Features: The paper is stiff, durable, and does not bend under its own weight.
Use: Choose this option if you want to receive instructions in the form of a rigid card (e.g., a help card, rules summary) that will be used repeatedly, passed from hand to hand, or needs to lie stably on a table.

Number of pages per manual
To avoid blank pages in the finished manual, the number of pages in the file should be divisible by 4 (e.g., 8, 12, 16, 20…).
Why? We print manuals on folded sheets. If the number of pages is not divisible by 4, blank (empty) pages will automatically appear at the end of the manual.

Instruction size
Choose this option for standard and larger formats.
Maximum size: We print up to 220 x 310 mm.
Automatic adjustment: If your file is larger (e.g., a 280 mm square), our system will automatically and proportionally reduce it to the maximum possible print area. You don’t have to worry about content being cropped.
Choose this option for small instructions. The print will be produced at the size directly from the PDF file (1:1 scale).
Choose this option if you need a precisely defined, custom print format (different from the file). You’ll specify the exact dimensions in the next order step.

Binding Type
Classic binding with metal staples along the spine (like magazines).
Advantages: An aesthetic, flat spine that won’t damage other game box components.
Recommended for: Standard manuals read once before a game (e.g., rulebooks).
Pages joined by a metal spiral (wire).
Advantages: The manual lies perfectly flat on the table (it does not close by itself). This makes it easier to check the rules during gameplay without using your hands.
Recommended for: Campaign books, complex games, and manuals frequently referenced during play.
