About Group Orders

Group orders are the most cost-effective way to print fan-made board game supplements – both for the participants and the organizer. If you want to print expansion that actually match the original game, while paying as little as possible for them, this model was created with you in mind.

The idea is simple: the more people involved in printing, the lower the unit cost. Instead of ordering an expensive, single print (which is not even possible for some components, such as boxes), you gather a group of interested players and we take care of the rest – from preparing the offer, through matching components, to printing and shipping the finished expansion directly to the participants.

All that’s left to you is the idea: you decide what fan-made expansion you want to make available and you provide us with the files. We are preparing a dedicated printing campaign on the MB PRINT website, so that any interested player to whom you provide a link to the entire campaign via Facebook groups, Discord, Forum, etc. can visit the website, independently select the products they are interested in, place an order, and pay for it directly with us. You don’t collect money, you don’t pack parcels, and you’re not responsible for logistics. It is important to ensure a minimum of 20 participants in a group order.

One of the key elements of group orders is matching fan components to the original game. This is where MB PRINT’s experience makes a huge difference. We work on the files, test colors, check the backs, dimensions and materials so that the fan additions are as close as possible in terms of visual appearance and quality to the original. For many players, this is absolutely crucial – and that’s precisely why group orders are so popular in the board game community.

An added bonus is that with a group order of at least 30 participants, the organizer receives their copy of the expansion completely free of charge.

Group orders are a solution that:
