Game Rulebook Printing at MB PRINT – Learning the Game Becomes a Pleasure

With our configurator, you can price and order rulebooks yourself in any size and any quantity. Tired of reading rules on your phone during a game? Many publishers provide updated rulebooks, extensive FAQs, errata, player aids, or scenario books exclusively in electronic (PDF) format. We’ll turn them into a physical product.

You’ll also learn how the price of a single rulebook will change as the order quantity increases.

1. Paper for Game Rulebook Printing

We print stitched or bound rulebooks on matte 130 gsm coated paper. This is the standard material for rulebooks you find in your board games every day. It’s durable enough, yet flexible. Its matte finish eliminates light glare, making the text readable under any lighting conditions at the table.

For rulebooks as loose sheets (e.g., player aids), you can choose 130 gsm coated paper or significantly thicker and stiffer 350 gsm coated paper, which is typically used for playing cards.

2. Rulebook Format

The rulebook format should be matched to its number of pages. We offer rulebook printing in three variants:

• Saddle-stitched booklet – the most popular solution for standard rulebooks. Sheets are creased (machine-folded), so the rulebook’s spine doesn’t crack, and it lies flat. The rulebook is stitched in the middle, at the fold, and trimmed to the correct format.
• Spiral binding – suitable for very extensive rulebooks (e.g., wargames or RPGs) that need to lie flat on the table without being held.
• Loose sheets and player aids – designed for short 1-2 page rulebooks or player aids (player aids). In this variant, we can use thicker 350 gsm card stock to create more durable player aids.

3. File Verification and Order Fulfillment.

Before ordering rulebooks, you must carefully check our file preparation guidelines.

Your submitted file is verified by our team, usually within one to two business days. If the file is correctly prepared, you’ll receive a separate email from us with order acceptance information and a payment link (Przelewy24). If the file requires corrections, you’ll receive clear guidelines on what needs to be fixed. After payment, we fulfill the order within 2-12 business days.
